On Tuesday night, a tractor trailer driven by a 64-year-old man in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania caused a chain reaction crash on Interstate 78 in Berks County, killing two people because the traffic left the highway and another The shipwreck in a double fatal accident was reported by the Pennsylvania State Police.

At 10:23 in the evening, the eastbound vehicle made a detour at Exit 19 of Upper Tulpehocken Township. The truck driven by the new Florentine man failed to slow down the stopped vehicle and hit the back of a 53-year-old van. Police said the man was from Inman, South Carolina.

Police said the van subsequently hit a car driven by a 40-year-old woman and three passengers in Reading, and then hit an SUV driven by a 54-year-old man in Williamsport. Police said the SUV then hit a tractor trailer driven by a 46-year-old man from Orlando.

The police said a 24-year-old woman from Reading was sitting in the passenger side of the sedan and the driver of the SUV was pronounced dead on the spot by the county coroner's office.

The press release stated that state police collision analysis and reconstruction experts and forensic services assisted several other agencies at the scene.

The police are also investigating an eastbound fatal car accident on a highway less than 10 miles east of Tilden town just after 8:30pm.

The police said that the accident occurred at 8:22 pm, located 27.4 miles away, because a new school bus destined for Canada failed to slow down due to a narrow left lane and parked in the right lane.

Police said the bus driven by a 69-year-old woman from Georgia crashed into the back of a Chevrolet Cruz driven by a 20-year-old man. Police said the bus continued to drive east, with the Chevrolet card below its front end. Police said the bus then rearranged a Nissan Xterra driven by a 58-year-old New Jersey man and pushed it into a tractor trailer driven by a 32-year-old Pennsylvania man.

Police said the Chevrolet driver and a Nissan front passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. The police said no one else was injured.

The coroner's office will determine the cause and manner of death in the two accidents and announce the identity after notifying the family.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation stated that the highway was closed in both directions for several hours, but was completely reopened just after 4 in the morning.
