Opening keynote: Kaihan Krippendorff focused on 5 steps to generate the fourth option and surpass your competitors.

As Krippendorff said, the "fourth option" is an option that your competitors have not considered. He said that people stop thinking at a certain point and no longer look for new options, but you must go beyond this to beat your competitors.

He took the example of American high jumper Dick Fosbury, who used different methods to perform the high jump. Before Fosbury, there were several different ways of high jump until Fosbury appeared and completed what was later called Fosbury Flop.

Analyze your business model: Explore multiple points of differentiation.

Expand your strategic choices: generate 40-150 options: "You must be prepared for the future while focusing on today," he said.

Analyze and choose options: come up with a crazy idea and put it into practice. How can you turn it into a successful idea. He said that competition will laugh at you, but use this time to focus on it.
