John Deere has added a new material collection system and mechanical grab for the cutting-edge equipment of its compact multifunctional tractor series

The new PTO-driven Frontier MC2014 and MC2120 material collection systems provide 14 and 20 bushels of capacity for John Deere 1, 2SC, 2LC and 3R compact multi-function tractors, respectively. The new Frontier MG20F mechanical grab is compatible with John Deere 120R, 220R and 300E loaders.

John Deere Co-Product Marketing Manager John Doyle said: “The MC20210 is the ultimate material collection system for customers who use mid-mounted lawn mowers. It is compatible with iMatch quick hooks and is easy to install and remove. Its on-board blower system and integrated storage bracket provide customers with It provides the power and convenience required by these systems. The hopper can be easily removed from the tractor seat by simply pressing a switch, thereby helping the operator improve work efficiency and reduce fatigue at work."

MC2014 and MC2120 are equipped with a hopper to fill the field glass at the factory, so the operator can pay close attention to the filling level of the hopper while working. An optional sound fill sensor can also be ordered, which will sound an audible alarm once the hopper is full, thereby increasing productivity and allowing the operator to focus on what is happening in front of the machine while mowing.

Another new member of the Frontier product line is MG20F, which is a mechanical grab connected to a loader. The dumping height of the grab is 135 cm or higher, with a dump angle and an ultra-wide grab opening, which can remove material to the greatest extent and release it easily.

John Doyle explained: “Similar to the standard loader bucket, the MG20F can be quickly connected to the tractor’s loader, and utilizes the same quick connection system as the John Deere 120R, 220R and 300E loader, which greatly reduces the time required to replace the loader. The installation time attachment. The difference between the clamping pressure of the traditional third-function loader grab and the clamping pressure of the bucket cylinder is small, ensuring that the operator can clamp the material and move it where needed."
