A few weeks ago, the brand-new Genesis G90 flagship sedan was unveiled, but only the appearance was shown. Now, the company not only revealed the interior, but also revealed a series of functions of the car.

In these details, what will power the G90. It will use a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The company did not provide any other details, but it may produce 375 horsepower, just like the engine in the G80 sedan. Rear wheels and all-wheel drive may also be available.

As for the interior, it has many of the same patterns as its Genesis brothers: a long air vent, a low dashboard and a lot of rich leather, metal and wood trim. But it has many unique twists and turns in the formula. The part of the instrument panel swings upward and borders the instrument display. The dual-spoke steering wheel has a unique design, and the climate control panel is not shared with any other Genesis models.

The new G90 also has high-end features. G90 is the first Genesis with an internal fragrance system, which is different from some German flagship products. Everyone in the car can enjoy the ambient lighting and 23-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system as well as active noise reduction. The front passenger gets a massage seat, and the rear passenger gets a reclining seat. The right rear seat is called a "VIP" seat because it also has an electric leg rest and even has heating and ventilation functions like the rest of the seat.

In terms of driving, it can be equipped with rear-wheel steering, just like other large luxury cars such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. It has an adaptive air suspension, uses a camera to observe the road and adjusts its stiffness to improve ride quality (again like an S-class sedan). It can also adjust the driving height according to different situations, and can even automatically ascend on steep hillsides to prevent scratches at the end of the hillside. Even the braking is adjustable, with different response settings, such as a gentle "driver" mode. We suspect that this car may be controlled by wires.

There are some fancy features to access the parts of the car. In addition to being able to use the phone as a key, there is also a fingerprint scanner on the center console that can grant permission to start the car. It will also automatically load your driver settings. The door has an electric closing function, which can be accessed via the internal button, or by pressing the external door handle when exiting. When the driver depresses the brake pedal, the front door can be closed. When the driver or passenger stands in front of the sensor for three seconds, the trunk lid will automatically open.

G90 will go on sale in 2022. We will have to wait for more specific time and price information, not to mention the official specifications of the engine.
